A great opportunity for young people across Nottingham to access high quality coaching from the city's most successful professional club. The Forest Factor is designed to get young people of all ages engaged in physical activity.

Nottingham Forest will provide two FA qualified coaches to deliver PPA cover or curriculum guidance in your school, providing first class delivery and great role models for young people. The club have designed sessions that are fun for children of all ages and abilities. Forest Factor after school sessions are also available, providing young people in your school with access to top quality out of hours delivery.

Secondary schools can also book the FREE Wattbike programme by visiting the My Nottingham Adventure Website. This programme can be booked in half term blocks on Tuesday or Thursday mornings.
