School Sport Nottingham | Year 10/11 Girls Basketball Finals

YEAR 10/11 GIRLS BASKETBALL FINALS

Nottingham Academy claimed their first ever City Basketball title with a convincing display at the Year 10/11 Girls Finals on 12th December.

Playing with "home court" advantage at the Wildcats Arena powerful and dominating play by their 2 key Wildcats players they secured the title with a big win in the semi final against Nottingham Girls Academy, followed by a 24 - 6 win over Trinity in the Final. In a close fought bronze medal play off game Nottingham Girls Academy defeated a plucky Ellis Guilford team 9 - 6.

Nottingham Academy will now represent the City in the inaugural County School Games on 27th February.
